Достаточно тяжело восстанавливаться после таких нагрузок. Хорошее питание и хороший тренировочный план очень важны. Когда я готовлюсь к соревнованиям я уменьшаю объемы тренировок. Так за неделю до соревнований объемы падают до 35-40 км. Durante la carrera es diferente, depende del agua, del clima, de la táctica y la velocidad.
